Terms of Service
Effective date: 05.01.2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the WorkSkiRV applications currently identified as RV-Ready and RV-Going (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using the Services, the user agrees to these Terms.
1. Services
The Services are software tools operated through Google infrastructure, including Google Apps Script and related Google-hosted services. Certain features may also rely on Google Maps Platform or similar Google location services, which require publicly accessible terms and a privacy policy.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Users must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity that occurs under their account. Access to some features may require a Google account and authorization to access data through Google services.
3. Subscription terms
Paid features are offered on a subscription basis. The subscription term, renewal cycle, pricing, billing date, and any trial period should be shown at checkout or in the order flow before purchase.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. Subscription terms should clearly describe how auto-renewal works, when billing occurs, how long the subscription continues, and how cancellation works.
Users may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date through the designated billing portal, app settings, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund charges already paid, except where required by law or where the refund policy expressly provides otherwise.
If a payment method fails, access to paid features may be suspended, downgraded, or terminated until payment is successfully processed. Promotional pricing, discounts, and trial offers may convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial or promotional period ends.
4. Data retention and deletion
User account data, trip records, rig profile information, preferences, logs, and related operational records may be retained even if a subscription expires, lapses, or is canceled. Data is not automatically deleted solely because a subscription ends.
The Services retain data after expiry so that users can later reactivate service, preserve app continuity, support security investigations, maintain backups, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and preserve system integrity. Separate deletion requests may be offered, but unless the Services expressly confirm deletion, expired or canceled accounts should be assumed to remain stored in backend systems and backups.
The operator may delete inactive or closed-account data at its discretion, but is not obligated to do so on any specific timeline except where applicable law requires otherwise.
5. User data and sale prohibition
The Services do not sell personal information or user account data to data brokers, advertisers, or unrelated third parties. Google states that it does not sell personal information, including for ad purposes, and the Services likewise state that user data collected through the Services is not sold.
The operator may use user data only to provide, secure, maintain, support, improve, and administer the Services; process subscriptions; communicate service notices; investigate abuse; and comply with law.
6. Google infrastructure and third-party providers
The Services are built on or supported by Google infrastructure, including Google Apps Script property stores and related Google-hosted systems. Google Apps Script requires user authorization to access private Google service data, and users can revoke a script's access through their Google account settings.
Google may process data according to its own terms, privacy disclosures, security controls, and infrastructure policies when Google-hosted components are used. The operator is not responsible for outages, interruptions, API changes, quota limits, or policy changes imposed by Google or other infrastructure providers.
7. Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the Services, interfere with normal operations, reverse engineer protected portions of the Services, probe for vulnerabilities, upload unlawful content, or use the Services in ways that violate law, contracts, or the rights of others.
8. User content and licenses
Users retain ownership of content and data they submit, subject to the limited rights needed to host, store, back up, process, and display that data in connection with operating the Services.
9. Availability and changes
The Services may change over time. Features may be added, modified, limited, or discontinued, including where required by infrastructure changes, security concerns, or business decisions.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Trip readiness, route planning, GPS-derived information, vehicle-related recommendations, and operational alerts may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and should not be relied on as the sole basis for safety-critical, legal, medical, emergency, or vehicle-operation decisions.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Services.
12. Termination
The operator may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, security risk, fraudulent activity, nonpayment, or conduct that may harm the Services, other users, or third parties. Termination of access does not require immediate deletion of stored data.
13. Changes to these Terms
The operator may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes should be posted in the Services or on the website with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
